Arena is run by dedicated volunteer coaches. Funding comes through boxer subscriptions, donations, fundraising and boxing shows. Local support helps the club keep growing.

Businesses can support shows, kit, equipment or individual boxers, or contribute professional services. In return, Arena can offer meaningful local visibility connected to grassroots youth development.

Arena has previously received support from Dorset Police, Sport UK and the Rotary Club of Bournemouth. The club has earned local and national coverage while its boxers have competed across the UK and in Ireland, Poland and Sweden.
